OBS60 On Board Sprayer (60L)

The Logic 60 litre on board sprayer range has been designed to fit onto the rear carrier rack of an ATV. Each nozzle requires an output of between 1.0 and 1.6 litres per minute at a spraying pressure of between 2 and 3 bars.

The 60 litre tank has two pump options which allow you to utilise the following booms:

• OBS640S model – 9.0 litre per minute pump @ 3 bar – boom options OBS101 1.5metre boom/3 nozzles - OBS102 2.0m boom/4 nozzles or OBS104 3.0metre/6 nozzles

• OBS690S model – 9.0 litre per minute pump complete with full pressure control system @ 3 bar – boom options as above.

Please note, all Logic booms come with one end hedgerow nozzle as standard. A hand-lance with up to 15metres of hose is available fitted on a hose reel or on a wrap around bracket. A 60 litre front tank can be added to either of the above models.

OBS130 On Board Sprayer 130 litre

The Logic 130 litre on board sprayer range has been designed to fit onto the rear carrier rack of an ATV.

The 135 litre tank OBS135S model – 9.0 litre per minute pump @ 3 bar – boom options OBS101 1.5metre boom/3 nozzles or OBS102 2.0m boom/4 nozzles

A rotational moulded tank and a high quality pump designed for use with chemical are at the heart of a good, reliable spraying system.  Fitting of the tank is very quick and straightforward, using the ‘T’ bolts supplied. The unit also comes with a complete wiring harness with in line fuse. All booms are height adjustable and have a break-back facility.  All nozzles can be individually switched on and off.  The hedgerow nozzle is very useful for spraying  electric fence-lines and the bottom of the hedgerow/wall.

DMS390 Deck Mounted Sprayer

The Logic Deck Mounted Sprayer Range has been designed to fit  onto the rear cargo space of a UTV (utility vehicle) or onto the flatbed of a pickup or trailer.

The capacity is 270 litres. A choice of 9 litres/min or 14.4 litres/min pumps are available together with a variety of spray booms, hose reels and hand lances, so the unit can be tailored to suit many different applications.

Trailed Sprayer TS400

The Logic Trailed Sprayer Range is a dedicated, trailed sprayer which gives excellent manoeuvrability in smaller areas as well as giving low ground pressure spraying ability when used with an ATV. ‍

Trailed Sprayer TS660/680

This self-contained trailed sprayer can be towed by a wide variety of vehicles and features an engine driven pump which provides up to 25 litres of liquid per minute.

The purpose built, trailed chassis, fitted with 23-10.5-12 wheels and tyres offers good low ground pressure for use in wet ground conditions. The supplied jack stand keeps the unit level when not in use, making it very easy to attach.

The lightweight manually folding boom incorporates a self-levelling function complete with a “break-back” facility on the outer booms. A simple manual winch is fitted for boom height adjustment and two outer skids ensure the floating boom cannot touch the ground during operation.

An in-cab 12v electric wired remote switch allows the operator to switch on and off from the driving seat.

A separate clean water tank facility is fitted to meet spraying legislation requirements.

Trailed Boomless Sprayer TS625

This UTV ATV Boomless Sprayer uses one or two Hypro XT020 broadcast nozzles to produce a spray width up to 11m with application rates up to 285 litres per hectare.

The engine driven pump provides up to 25 litres of liquid per minute and the twin broadcast nozzles are arranged to give even spray coverage of up to 4.8 metres to one side, or an overall width of up to 11 metres. The supplied Jack stand keeps the unit level when not in use, making it very easy to attach.

Based on the well-proven Hardi sprayer with design features to ensure maximum flexibility

A simple design converts a 3PL sprayer into a Trailed Sprayer unit offering low weight and low centre-of-gravity.

Flexible configuration allows the sprayer to be used on a tractor or mounted as a front tank on a tractor (with adaptor kit for larger tractor-mounted sprayers). Self-levelling boom as standard.

System 40 UTV ATV Sprayer S409/S410

The Logic System 40 UTV ATV Sprayer provides farmers with a low ground pressure option for tractor-sized equipment.

The Logic System 40 sprayer is based on a “Hardi” unit and is simply bolted on the unique cross-member of the System 40 chassis.

Where rough ground may be encountered, the tandem axle version provides additional stability – especially important where heavy liquid loads are being towed.

Equipment can be quickly remounted for tractor use in just a few minutes.

The System 40 UTV ATV Sprayer provides full sprayer functionality in a way that can be safely towed behind an ATV/UTV.

The sprayer unit can be mounted on a three-point linkage for tractor use if required.

This brings complete flexibility to the task of spraying, allowing access to the land when the chemicals are going to be at their most effective.

System 40 UTV and ATV universal chassis

The Logic System 40 universal chassis provides landowners/contractors with a low ground pressure option for their tractor-sized equipment. Existing spreaders and sprayers are simply bolted on the unique cross-member of this universal chassis.

Adjustable height and wheel track ensures the machinery operates at the correct settings. The top link of the three-point linkage on the implement is attached to the A-frame support on the System 40 chassis. Implements which normally require attachment to a PTO gain their power from the 5.5 hp engine (reverse drive with centrifugal clutch option available), to which the PTO shaft is connected.

The equipment is securely supported with the weight directly over the axle for maximum stability – particularly important where heavy/liquid loads are involved. Kits are available to allow remote control of the implement. The tandem axle version provides additional stability and low ground pressure. Equipment can be quickly remounted for tractor use in just a few minutes.

The System 40 universal chassis is a simple idea, superbly executed. The standard unit has an adjustable axle track width, adjustable equipment platform height, a raise/lower handle and flotation wheels and a 5.5hp engine with PTO type interface. If reverse drive is required (necessary for some models of equipment) this can be specified upon ordering.  Should additional equipment cross-members be required, these are available, as is an equipment lifter for additional ease when transferring equipment.
