Harrows, Aerators & Rollers

ATV UTV Harrow - Pro-Harrow LPH
The strong ’tilling’ action of the Pro-Harrow ATV UTV Harrow enables extremely effective removal of moss and thatch from grassland areas as well as managing the surface of arenas and all-weather gallops.
When using a harrow on grassland, the dead grass is removed and as the soiI is scarified, it stimulates the growth of healthy new grass - this process also helps when reseeding.
On your arena or on an all-weather gallop, the harrow can be used to quickly dress the surface and re-blend the components together. Care must be taken to ensure that the membrane underneath an all-weather surface has sufficient depth of covering material to prevent the tines from catching the membrane and accidentally tearing it. The tines have a maximum penetration of 150mm and so the depth of covering should exceed this, being no less than 180mm across the whole of the all-weather surface area.

Super ATV Harrow LSH
The LSH 4X4 UTV or ATV Harrow has special spring tines mounted on a frame.
This ensures that the tines are kept in firm contact with the surface at all times, giving superior dead grass removal and soil scarifying action.
Developed by EinbockTM (the Number One brand for agricultural harrows), this technology pioneered organic weeding and plant stimulation methods. The 2.0m width gives good work rates and the tine settings are adjustable to cope with different conditions and for easy transport.
A 12v electric ram lifts the tines from the ground, allowing trash to be easily cleared, rapid transport between sites and enabling the Super Harrow to be reversed into awkward corners.
The Logic LSH 4X4 UTV or ATV Harrow has rows of spring tines mounted on a frame which can be towed behind any suitable vehicle, from an ATV to 4x4s or small tractors.
The ATV option gives the Super Harrow excellent low ground pressure ability. The tine settings are adjustable and the frame is raised and lowered using a 12v ram.
Construction benefits from Logic’s legendary strength and attention to detail.
This Harrow represents the very best in harrow technology.

Chain Harrow CH
ATVs are very useful when paired with chain harrows due to their low ground pressure ability allowing access to the land when a tractor would be too heavy.
It then becomes easy to de-thatch the grass in early spring when it might be too soft for a tractor to venture onto the land, so promoting healthy growth right from the beginning of the season.

PG250 Surface Leveller Grader
The Logic Surface Leveller Grader or Manége Grader is quick and efficient at grading the manége, levelling any surface material, whether it be simply sand or one of the more sophisticated, softer compositions such as rubber chip.
The optional bar of tines works deeper into the surface than the main levelling blade mixing and aerating the components. This is essential for rubber chip and bark surfaces but also beneficial for preventing compaction on any sand based surface. This machine is also exceptional for maintaining any gravel driveway by pulling excess material in from the edges and then levelling the whole surface.
The Surface Grader can be towed behind any suitable vehicle - if available, a quad is ideal for this sort of application because of its low ground pressure. The Leveller Grader is light to tow and offers ‘one pass’ levelling to ensure the arena is quickly back to its best, ready for the next session. Logic’s unique design ensures that this grader really does provide the best level surface possible.

Surface Pro LSP150 Surface Conditioner
The Logic Surface Pro LSP150 – Trailed Arena Surface Conditioner – has been designed with a light but strong chassis with large low ground pressure wheels, which makes it so easy to handle and can be parked or hitched up to a suitable towing vehicle in seconds.
Many of today’s arenas contain synthetic surfaces incorporating mixed fibres, washed silica sand and waxed coatings. These provide a stable, dynamic and evenly compacted surface.
When you have invested a lot of money on such a sophisticated all weather surface it needs regular and careful grooming. This will maintain the structure and ‘feel’ of the surface and will extend the life of the facility.

Terr-ator LTA towed slitter
The Logic Terr-ator- LTA is a towed slitter which produces deep slits in grassland surfaces in order to aerate the soil and improve growth.
It is particularly useful for improving areas which have been damaged by heavy use. It can be towed behind any suitable vehicle, but is ideal for ATV use as this ensures that these damaged areas are not further compacted and rutted by the passage of towing vehicles such as tractors or 4x4s.
All those who work on the land know that soil structure is vitally important. Not only do you need the correct nutrients in the correct proportions but you also need soil structure that will support healthy and productive growth. It’s in the nature of the growing industry that equipment needs to be taken onto the land and this can create its own problems areas in dry, hard areas and wetter, lower-lying areas.
Attending to good drainage is probably the first step in getting wet areas up to standard, but once the drainage is right, getting some structure into the soil is vital to bring the land into productive use.
The Terr-ator features a 1.6m wide slitter and comes complete with transport wheels. The Terrator is towed to the ground where it is to be used. The unit is then flipped 180 degrees into the working position and the swivel hitch rotated 180 degrees. It is then towed across the ground until the task has been completed.. Optional ballast weights of 22.5kg (max of 5 permitted at once) are available for areas of very hard ground, to assist in blade penetration.

UTV ATV Ballast Roller BR
The BR150/180 UTV ATV Ballast Roller has a 1.5m or 1.8m wide roller which is robustly made with a heavy wall diameter for strength and performance.
Anywhere that needs a roller will benefit from having a BR150/180 – large enough to cope, but small and handy enough to make using it an easy option.
When used with an ATV or UTV the low ground pressure of the towing setup means that the roller is excellent when a tractor would cause too much damage to the ground.
For farmers, the big tractor roller will be used most often but when there’s a smaller area to be dealt with, the BR150 is a useful asset, particularly when conditions are heavy and the tractor can’t make it onto the land.
